CDR Resource Center (CDRRC) is based in Florida. It is owned and operated by experienced Staff that have worked over 25 years in the field of wholesale drug distribution and regulatory compliance. We are passionate to share our knowledge and experience to assist you in meeting the State of Florida wholesale regulatory compliance requirements. No one in the industry has the experience and knowledge of the Florida Wholesale regulations as our Staff members.

Our goal is to build long term relationships within the wholesale drug distribution chain thereby creating safe, efficient and compliant drug distribution systems for our clients. To accomplish this goal, CDR Resource Center offers Prescription Drug Wholesale Distributors and out-of-state Prescription Drug Wholesale Distributors both:

Under the pioneering leadership of Sharon Roberts, PharmD, JD, CDR, the CDR Resource Center, based in Florida, is the most experienced source in the field of Florida Wholesale laws and rules. We can assist you with all your drug regulation and wholesale distribution needs.

In addition to being and experienced Registered Pharmacist and Florida licensed Lawyer, Sharon is a former State of Florida Drug Inspector. Inspecting businesses that manufacture, store/distribute, purchase and sell prescription and over-the-counter drugs, devices and cosmetics. As a licensed CDR she also has first-hand experience working as a CDR at a Prescription Drug Manufacturer and Wholesale Distributor in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Sharon has traveled the Country doing mock audits for large and small wholesalers.

FDA Drug Safety Communication: FDA urges caution about withholding opioid addiction medications from patients taking benzodiazepines or CNS depressants: careful medication management can reduce risks

Based on our additional review, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is advising that the opioid addiction medications buprenorphine and methadone should not be withheld from patients taking benzodiazepines or other drugs that depress the central nervous system (CNS). The combined use of these drugs increases the risk of serious side effects; however, the harm caused by untreated opioid addiction usually outweighs these risks. Careful medication management by health care professionals can reduce these risks. We are requiring this information to be added to the buprenorphine and methadone drug labels along with detailed recommendations for minimizing the use of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) drugs and benzodiazepines together.
